* Skinless chicken – 1/2 kg

* Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Cumin powder – 1 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Ghee – 100 g.m
* Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch
* Cardamom – 4
* Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
* Bay leaf – 2
* Cloves – 3
* Basmati rice – 2 cup
* Shahi jeera – 1 Tsp
* Star anise – 2
* Coriander leaves – 6 Tsp fine chopped
* Saffron – 1 pinch
* Mint leaves – 1 cup

How to Make Yogurt Dum Biryani Recipe | Dahee Dum Biryani Recipe in English

* Wash chicken pieces . Now add the paste of ginger, garlic, cheese, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, red chili powder and mix well, please keep the a side for 2 hours.
