Ingredients for Vegetarian Kofta Biryani Recipe in English

* Basmati rice – 2 cups
* Paneer – 1/2 cup (grated)
* Carrot – 1
* Gram flour – 3 Tsp
* Rice flour – 1 Tsp
* Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Salt – According to taste
* Oil – According to minimization
* Potato – 2
* Onion – 2
* Green chilli – 2
* Tomatoes – 2
* Yogurt – 1/2 cup (Curd)
* Red chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
* Cloves – 3
* Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
* Royal Cumin – 1 Tsp
* Cardamom – 2
* Bay leaf – 1
* Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup (Finely Chopped)

How to Make Veg Kofta Biryani Recipe in English

* Peel the potatoes after peeling and peas. Wash the carrots and grate it. Now add the grated paneer, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, grated carrots, and add the carrots. Now add gram flour and rice flour and mix well and keep aside for 7 minutes.

* Put oil in a strict condition and heat it. Now make little small balls from the potato mixture, and put it in hot oil, and fry it until golden brown. Kofta is ready.

* Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, green chillies. Mix the saffron in a light warm milk. Wash basmati rice and soak it for 30-35 minutes.

* Now put 6 cups of water in a vessel and keep boiling. Now after the water comes to boil, add rice and salt and cook 80% rice on low flame. Now remove the water from the rice and keep it in a plate now. Mix red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder in curd.

* Now add oil in a pan and heat it. Now add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, royal cinnamon and roast it. Now add finely chopped onions and green chilli and cook for 2 minute. After that add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Now add yogurt mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Now remove the spice mixture from a bowl in a bowl. Now, add a layer masala in the handi and spread the second layer cooked rice. After that put the milk mixed with saffron and then put 3 or 4 koftas and put coriander leaves over it. Now add the masala, rice and kofta in the same way for another time and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame. Hot hot kofta biryani prepared.
