* Bread slices – 4
* Potato – 1
* Green peas– 3/4 cup
* Cabbage – 3/4 cup
* Carrot – 3/4 cup
* Bread powder – 5 Tsp
* Onion – 2 small
* Green chilli – 3
* Ginger – 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala – 1/4 Tsp
* Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste

How to Make Vegetable Bread Cutlet | Bread Cutlet Recipe in English:

* Boil peas and potatoes, chop onion and green chillies.

* Now add oil to a non-stick pan and heat it, put the chopped onions in it, roast it, then add finely chopped ginger, green chilli, roasted, now chopped carrots, cabbage boiled peas, garam masala Fry for 2 minutes and stop the gas.

* one bread slice dip it in water, remove quickly, squeeze water from it and add it in vegetable mixture and mix well. now boiled potatoes and 2 tablespoons bread powder, mix salt, lemon juice.

* Take small portion from mixture, make it round and flatten it with hands like cutlet. Prepare all cutlets same. Put remaining bread powder in a plate. Wrap each the cutlet in bread powder nicely.

* Now just put a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan,oil around the pan and Fry all Cutlet on low flame, Pour oil on all sides of cutlets. Fry on both sides of cutlets till they turn golden brown. Hot hot bread cutlet ready.
