Ingredients for Tindora Chutney Recipe in English:

* Ivy ground(Tindora) – 250 gm
* Green chilli – 4
* Gralic cloves – 4
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Tamarind pulp – 2 Tsp

For tempering:

* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* White lentil – 1/2 Tsp
* Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Curry leaves – 15

How to Make Tindora Chutney in English:

* wash the toindora with water and cut it into small pieces.

* Now add oil in a pan and heat it. Now add cumin seeds, green chili, garlic and roast it. Now add chopped tindora and cover it for 1 minute.And turn off the gas.Once the tindora is cooled, add tamarind and salt and mix it in a mixer.Add sufficient water for grinding.

Now heat the oil in a small pan, Add white lentils, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Mix this tempering in chutney. You can have this chutney without tempering also.
