Ingredients for Kesar Poori Recipe in English:
* Semolina – 1 Cup
* Sugar – 1 Cup
* Milk – 2 Cup
* Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp
* Cashew – 1 Tsp
* Raisins – 1/2 Tsp
* Ghee – According to minimization
* Food color – 1 pinch
* Wheat flour – 3 Cup
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Oil – According to minimization
How to Make Kesar Poori Recipe in English:
* Put ghee in a strict condition and heat it. Now add semolina and fry it.
* Now put the milk in a vessel and keep on boiling. After boiling the milk, add semolina and mix well. Cook the ghee in between After cooking semolina, add sugar, food color, cardamom powder and mix it well.
* Now take ghee in a small pan and heat it. Now add cashews and Raisins and mix them in the semolina mixture.
* Add salt, milk in wheat flour and prepare soft dough.
* Put oil in a strict manner and heat it. Prepare small dough balls from dough. Take one small ball of dough and expand it by pressing with your hands, make depth in the center and put 1 spoon semolina mixture in it, bring the edges together towards center and roll it into puri.Slide puri in hot oil and fry till it turns golden brown on both sides. Prepare all puri’s in same manner. Hot hot Kesar Puri ready.
