* Maida – 200 gms
* Egg – 6
* Strawberry essence – 2 Tsp
* Baking powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Strawberry food colour – 1 pinch
* Vanilla powder – 1 Tsp
* Sugar – 200 gms

To decorate the cake

* Sugar syrup – 1/2 Ltr
* Cream – 200 gms
* Strawberry – 250 gms
* Strawberry crush – 400 m.l

To decorate the cake

* Fresh Strawberry – 250 gms
* Cream – 200 gms

How to make Strawberry Sponge Cake Recipe in English:

* Now break the egg and separate the white and yellow part.

* Now add sugar to the white part of the egg and whip it well.
