* Bay leaf – 2

* Dry red chilli – 4
* Ghee – 4 Tsp
* Coriander leaves -1 bunch (finely chopped)
* Mint leaves – 1 bunch (finely chopped)

* Wash basmati rice and keep it aside for 30mins.Clean chicken pieces with water.
