Ragi flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup
Urad dal (White dal)(Minapappu)- 1/4 cup
Black pepper Powder – 1/2
Arhar lentils (Chana Dal) (Pigeon pea) – 2 Tsp
Coriander – 2 Tsp
cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Oil – According to minimization
Salt – According to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 Tsp

How to Make Ragi Dosa Recipe in English

* Mix urad lentils, coriander and turmeric lentils, soak it for 4-5 hours.
