Ingredients for Besan ki Kadhi Recipe in English

* Curd – 2 Cups
* Gram flour – 1 Tsp
* Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1/4 Tsp
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chili powder – 1/2 Tsp

Ingredients for pakoda in English

* Gram flour – 1 Cup
* Asafoetida(Hing) – 1 pinch
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp

To tear the material

* Ghee – 1 Tsp
* Curry leaves – 5
* Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chili powder – 1/2 Tsp

How to Make pakodi in English

* Put a little water in the gram flour and make a thick paste. If you do not check, add the gram flour in the water,the gram flour is ready.

* Mix salt, chillies and asafetida,Now, heat the oil in a pan and grind the gram flour and fry it until it becomes brown and take it out in the plate. Likewise, make all the gram flour dumplings.

For Kadi solution

* Stir the curd in a vessel, mix the gram flour with curd, add about 1.5 liters of water in it. Take 1 tablespoon oil in the frying pan and remove all the oil.

* Heat the oil, add asafetida, fenugreek and cumin seeds in the hot oil, after the cumin seeds become brown, add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder for a while.

* Now put the solution of gram flour and curd in it, keep stirring the slurry until it gets boiled in the solution.

* After the stirring of the solution, make the flame cook for 15 minutes or until the slurry is thickened, now add the cottage cheese and put it on the pulp.

* Once the boil again in the curry, add salt in it, let the kadhi cook for 10 minutes on a low flame, but keep it running for 2-3 minutes.

* You will see that on the sides of the embroidery, the besan is rubbing towards the edges. Pakoda’s curry is ready. Take the kadhi in the bowl from the pan.

For Tadake

* Heat the ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, and then put them on top of the curry, serve the green coriander with roti or rice.
