Ingredients for Pepper Mushroom Masala Recipe in English:

* Mushroom – ½ kilo
* Onion – 1
* Tomato – 1
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Garlic cloves – 4
* Green chilli – 1
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
* Garama masala – ½ Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Mustard seeds – ½ Tsp
* black pepper – 1 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – ½ Tsp(Jeera)
* lemon juice – 1 Tsp
* Coriander leaves – 1 Tsp(Finely chopped)
* Curry leaves – 12-14

How to Make Pepper Mushroom Masala Recipe in English:

* Cut the mushroom with water and cut them.Cut onions and green chilies, tomatoes.

* Grind garlic, cumin and pepper Take coarsely grind.

* Now put oil in a pan and heat it, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions,green chillies and roast it, then add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and mix it.After tomatoes become soft add mushroom pieces, ½ cup water and mix. Cover it with lid and cook.
