* Green peas – 1 Cup
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Fennel powder – 1 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Amchoor Powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Asafoetida – 2 Pinch
* Green Chilli – 2 (Finely chopped)
* Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
* Green Coriander leaves – 1 Tsp (finely chopped)
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste

For kneading dough:

* Wheat flour – 02 Cup
* Oil – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste

How to Make pea kachori/ Green peas kachori Recipe in English:

* First, prepare the dough.Now take a bowl and add flour,small quantity of oil and mix it well now add 1/2 cup of water to it and mix it well. Keep in mind that Kachori does not have much trouble to knead the flour, only to knock it. After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 30 minutes.
