Ingredients for Pav Bhaji in English

* Pav(bun) – 4
* Falgobi – 100 Gms, (Cauliflower)
* Carrot – 100 Gms
* Green Peas – 100 Gms
* capsicum – 100 Gms
* Boiled Potato – 100 Gms
* Tomato(charped) – 100 Gms
* Onions(charped) – 100 Gms
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Red chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Pav Bhajji Masala – 1/2 Tsp
* Sprouting sprouts or Peanuts – 1 1/2 Cup
* Coriander leaves – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Oil – According to minimization

How to Make Pav Bhaji in English

* Boil Falgobi(Cauliflower),Carrot pieces,Green Peas.

* Sprouting sprouts or Peanuts Cook on steam and put on the side.

* Put oil in a strict condition and heat it. Now add Ginger garlic paste and fry it.

* Now add onions,tamoto and capsicum and fry it untill it comes to golden brown colour.Then add boiled Falgobi(Cauliflower),Carrot pieces,Green Peas and mix it well.Add Red chilli Powder,Pav Bhajji Masala to it.

* Add the boiled potatoes(Mashed) into the mixture.

* Then add the boiled Sprouting sprouts or Peanuts, salt and put on thin seams(At Low flame on gas stove) for a few minutes.

* And finally garnish with Coriander leaves.

* Along with buns it is very tasty to eat.
