Ingredients for Paneer Gravy | Paneer Curry in English:

* Paneer – 250 gms
* Tomatoes – 3
* Green pepper – 3 (Green chilli)
* Ginger – 1 inch piece
* Curd – ½ Cup
* Oil or butter(ghee) – 3 Tsp
* Asafoetida(Hing) – 1 Pinch
* Cumin seeds(jeera) – ½ Tsp
* Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – ½ Tsp
* Garam masala – ¼ Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste
*Coriander leaves – 1 Tsp ( Finely chopped)

How to Make Paneer Gravy | Paneer Curry in English:

* Cut the paneer. Grind tomatoes, green chilli, ginger paste in a mixer, add Curd and mix it well.Heat oil in a pan Fry paneer in oil till they turn golden brown on both sides.Take out them in a plate.

* Now put oil in a pan and add asafetida(Hing),cumin seeds and fry it. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix it well. Then add curd tomato paste and fry the spices till the oil float over the spices. Now add water and salt to this masala and mix it. When it comes to boil add the fried paneer and garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring it with a spoon. Garnish with coriander leaves.
