Ingredients for Paneer Yogurt Vada Recipe In English

* Cheese (Cottage cheese) – 200 gm
* Yogurt (Curd) – 4 Cup
* Potato – 2 (steamed)
* Arrowroot (Ararot) – 2 Tsp
* Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped )
* Ginger – grated 1/2 inch
* Green chutney – 1 cup
* sweet chutney – 1 Cup
* Roasted cumin – 2 Tsp
* Chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Black pepper powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Oil – For Fry
* Black salt – 2 Tsp

How to Make Paneer Dahi Barey Recipe In English

* First grate the paneer. After that boil and peel the peas and grate it.

* After that, take these two things in a bowl and mix it well. In this mixture, add the arrowroot,ginger, green chilli and salt to the mixture and knit it well.

* Take a little bit of the ingredients in the powdered material and make it round from the palm,making it wet. Now add oil in a bowl and heat it to fry the bowl.

* When the oil is heated, add three to four rounds in the frying pan and fry them till they turn golden.

* For serving, remove the three-four elders in the serving plate. Top curd, rock salt / salt, black salt, roasted cumin, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Put sweet sauce and green chutney.
