Ingredients for Palak Tofu | Soya Panner Recipe in English

* Tofu – 250 ( Soya Paneer )
* Spinach – 2 cups Finely Chopped
* Tomato – 2
* Onions –
* Garlic – 3
* Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
* Green Chilli – 2
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala – 1/4 Tsp
* Salt – According to the taste
* Oil – According to minimization

How To Make Palak Tofu | Soya Panner Recipe in English

* Cut the tofu into small cubes.

* Now add 1 spoon of oil to a non stick pan and heat it. Now add tofu and fry it until it becomes brown.

* Cut the onions, green chilli, tomatoes, ginger finely.

* Now add chopped spinach to a pan, cook for 1 minute until the spinach is soft.

* After spraying spinach, add spinach, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli and grind them fine with a mixer.

* Put oil in a strict pan and heat it. Now add cumin seeds and fry it. After that, add finely onion and cook till the onions are light brown. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. After that add powdered spinach mixture and cook on medium flame. Now cook tofu for 3-4 minutes. Now add garam masala powder and
cook for 1 minute and then turn off the gas.Hot hot spinach tofu curry ready.
