Ingredients for Oats Khichdi in English
* Oats – 1 Cup
* Yellow dal – 1/4 cup
* Carrot,beans,green peas – 1 cup
* Green chilli – 4
* salt – According to taste
* Ginger – 1 Tsp
* Curry Leaves – 10
* Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Onion – 1/2 Its cut
* water – 5 cups
How to Make for Oats Khichdi in English
* Add 2 cups water in oil and boil them. When green gram is half boiled take it from stove and keep aside.
* Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli, onion, curry leaves and fry them. Add ginger, fenugreek leaves and cook. Add vegetable pieces and cook for 3 mins. Add 5-6 cups water, salt and mix. When water comes to boil add oats, half boiled green gram along with water and mix well and cook on low flame. Oats Khichdi is good for health and weight loss.
