* Carrot – ½ cup (finely chopped)
* Ghee – 2 to 3 tablespoons
* Cashews – 2 Tsp
* Almond – 2 Tsp
* Raisins – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According To Taste
* Cumin – ½ teaspoon
* Whole garam masala – 2 large cardamom, cinnamon – 1 inch piece, cloves 5, black pepper – 10
* Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

How to Make Navratan Pulao | Veg Pulao Recipe in English
