Ingredients for Mutton Kofta Curry Recipe in English

For Kofta

* Mutton – 1 kg
* Gram flour – 2 Tsp
* Onion – 1
* Ginger Garlic paste – 2 Tsp
* Almond – 2 Tsp
* Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Mint leaves – 2 Tsp (finely chopped)
* Coriander leaves – 3 Tsp (finely chopped))
* Garnish – 2 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization

For Gravy

* Khas – 2 Tsp(Chironji)
* Cashew – 2 Tsp
* Peanuts – 2 Tsp
* Ginger Garlic – 2 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 1/2
* Bay leaf – 2 Tsp
* Curd – 200 gm (Curd)
* Coriander leaves – 2 Tsp (finely chopped))
* Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste

How to Make Mutton Kofta Curry Recipe in English

* Put the mutton pieces well with water, put 200 grams of mutton aside from it. Cut the onions and cut them.

* Put the mutton pieces, salt and chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, almonds, pinch leaf, coriander leaves, roasted gram flour and turmeric in the pressure cooker and cover them until leaving the 4 whistles.
