Ingredients for Mushroom Manchurian Recipe in English

* Mushroom – 200 gm
* Ginger, Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
* Soya Sauce – 1 1/2 Tsp
* Ajinomoto – 1 pinch
* Vinegar – 1 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
* Corn Flour – 4 Tsp
* Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Egg – 2
* Green Chilli – 2 Tsp
* Oil – According to OIL
* Garlic – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the taste
* Green onion – 3 Tsp (finely chopped)(Spring onion)

How to Make Mushroom Manchurian Recipe in English

* Clean the mushroom with water thoroughly, cut the mushroom in two pieces.

* Now add chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, salt, one spoonful red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ajinomoto, vinegar, ginger, garlic paste in a vessel and leave them all to soak it for 3, 4 hours after mixing them well.

* Now pour the egg in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and corn flour to it and mix it well, then add this egg mixture to the mushroom mixture and mix it.

* Now put oil (frying) in a strict condition, heat it, then add chopped masurum mixture into hot oil and then remove it by frying.

* Heat oil in a separate pen, add finely chopped green chilli, garlic, fry it, then put fried mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, then add finely chopped green onions, mix well Hot Mushroom Manchurian Ready.
