* Aloo – 1/2 kilo
* Peas -1/2 kilo
* Onion – 5
* Oil, ghee – According to minimization
* Saffron – 1/2 Tsp
* Yougurt – 2 Tsp (Curd)
* Coriander seeds – 2 Tsp
* Ginger – 1 small
* Cloves – 10
* kasmiri chilli – 15
* Salt – According to Taste

How to Make Mughlai Gobi | Shahi Gobhi Recipe in English

* Gobi and chop into large pieces. Potatoes and cut into large pieces. 4 onions cut in thin long.
