Ingredients for Masala Bath | Masala Bhaat | Masala Rice Recipe in English

* Rice – 1 cup
* Onion – 2
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Ginger – 1/2 Tsp
* Green peas – 1/4 cup
* Cauliflower – 1/2 cup
* Carrot – 1
* Corn seeds – 1/4 cup
* Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Tomato – 1
* Coriander leaves – 1 Tsp Chopped
* Salt – According to Taste
* Oil – According to minimization

Spice powder

* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Cloves – 3
* Coriander seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Black pepper seeds – 6
* Dry red chilli – 2

How to Make Masala Bath | Masala Bhaat | Masala Rice Recipe in English

* Wash the rice should be soaked for 15 minutes.

* In a pan fry cumin, cloves, dry red chilli, black pepper, coriander. After cool the fry,Now grind the masala into fine powder.

* Cut Onion,tomatoes, green chilli. Carrots and cut into small pieces.

* Now Put oil in a pan or cooker hot form. Now add the cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions cook for 2 minutes. Ginger, put green chilli, vegetable cook 2 minutes. Then salt, turmeric, red chili powder, spice powder. Now mixed pour 2 cups water. Now add rice in it, cover and cook till rice is completely done. Now sprinkle the coriander leaves after the rice ripening take off gas. Hot prepared Masala bath ready.
