* Raw mango – 2
* Turmeric – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Rice – 1 cup (un cooked)
* Sesame oil – 2 Tsp
* Mustard – 1 Tsp
* Urad dal – 2 tsp
* Channa dal – 2 tsp
* Peanuts – 1 Tsp
* Asafoetida – 1 tsp
* Red Chillies – 5
* Green Chillies – 5
* Curry leaves – 1 sprig

How to Make Mango Rice Recipe | Raw Mango Rice in English

* Cook rice with 2 cups water for 2-3 whistles, cool down and separate the grains. Peel the mango and grate it finely. Heat pan with oil and temper with the items Sesame oil,Mustard,Urad dal,Channa dal,Peanuts,Asafoetida,Red Chillies,Green Chillies,Curry leaves and fry it.

* Add turmeric powder,chopped mango and mix well.

* Fry for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.Add salt and mix it well.

* Mix with the cooled rice and serve hot.
