* Potato – 6 boiled
* Refined Flour – 3 Tablespoon
* Mayonnaise – 1 cup
* Green coriander – 4 tsp (finely chopped)
* Green Chillies – 3 Finely Chopped
* Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
* Ginger Paste – ½ teaspoon
* Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
* Amchoor Powder – ½ Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Bread crumbus – 4 bread slices
* Oil – According to minimization

Materials for gravy

* Tomato – 3
* Green chili – 2-3
* Cream – ½ cup
* Oil – According to minimization
* Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
* Asafoetida – 1 pinch
* Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp
* Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
* Kasuri Fenugreek – 1 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Garam Masala – 1 Tsp

How to Make Malai Kofta Curry recipe – Malai Kofta Restaurant Style in English

* Boiled potatoes to make cream cutlets. Peel the potatoes and grind them in a big bowl.

* Put the salt, ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and finely chopped green coriander in the grated potatoes and mix all the ingredients well.

* Now add a little water to the flour and prepare the diluted solution until the pests are finished.

* After that, take a little mix of potato mixture and make a round and then paddle with the help of finger in between. Now add some mayonnaise over the hole and mix a little bit of potato and keep it on top of that hole and close it.
