* Little coriander powder- 1 tsp
* Tandoori Masala – 1 Tablespoon
* Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
* Sugar- 1 Tablespoon
* Cashew paste- 1/4 cup
* Cream- 1/2 cup
* Salt to taste
* Boiled basmati rice – 6 cups
* Fry onion – 1 cup
* Chopped almonds – 1/2 cups
* Finely chopped mint
* Green Coriander – 1/2 Cup

* Fry paneer cubes in ghee. Put cinnamon, cloves, large cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper in the pan. Then add onion, green chili, ginger, garlic and fry for two minutes.
