  • Maa Inji (Mango Ginger) – 1 big piece
  • Green Chili – 1
  • Grated Coconut – 2-3 tbsp
  • Curd – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste

For Tempering

  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Dry red chili – 1/2
  • Curry Leaves – 5
  • Asafoetida – a pinch
  • Fenugreek seeds – 5-6

  • Wash and scrape the Mango Ginger to remove the skin. Chop it finely.
  • Add all ingredients and grind into a smooth paste. If necessary, add some water.
