Ingredients for Kerala Mutton Stew Recipe in Hindi English Marathi Gujarati Bengali Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

  • Mutton – 1 lb (1/2 kg)
  • Potatoes – 1 big / 2 small
  • Onions – 1 large (sliced)
  • Ginger – 2 tbsp. Tea (chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 tbsp. Tea (chopped)
  • Green Chillies – 10-15 (Chopped)
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Sabut Garam Masala – 2 “pieces of cinnamon, 4 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 teak leaf
  • Fennel seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon Tea
  • Curry leaves – 2 sources
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp.

How to Make Kerala Mutton Stew Recipe in Hindi English Marathi Gujarati Bengali Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

  • Wash the meat and cut it into small cubes.
  • Cut the potatoes in the same size.
  • Cook meat and potatoes under pressure with salt, water and 1/4 cup coconut milk until the meat is tender.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add all the garam masala and fennel.
  • Add 1 spring curry leaves, chopped garlic, ginger, chopped green chilies and onions.
  • Do not skip for a few minutes.
  • Press boiled meat and add potatoes with liquid.
  • Insert coconut milk, black pepper powder and garam masala.
  • Once the stew is cloged, reduce heat and boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 curry dish dish and turn it off. Mutton stew is ready for service.
