Ingredients for Kathal(Jackfruit) Kofta recipe in English Hindi Marathi Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

For Kofta-

* Jackfruit – 300 grams
* Potato – 2 (Medium Size)
* Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
* Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
* Green Coriander Leaves – One big spoon (chopped)
* Gramflour – 2 Tsp
* Oil – for frying
* Salt – According to taste

For the sake of

* Tomato – 2 (Medium Size)
* Green chilli – 2 (of medium size)
* Cashews – 15 nos (soaked in water)
* Ginger – 1 inch piece
* Green Coriander Leaves – 1 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Garam masala powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Salt – According to taste

How to Make Kathal(Jackfruit) Kofta recipe in English Hindi Marathi Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

* Wash jackfruit at first to make jackfruit koftas. After the pane, put some mustard oil on your hands, it will not stick to the jackfruit hands. After this, cut the jackfruit in the desired shape.

* Now put the jackfruit and potatoes in the cooker, add 2 cups of water and boil them. Turn off the gas after a whistle and let both things cool down.

* After cooling, peel the potatoes and stir well. Simultaneously mix the jackfruit and mix it in potatoes. Now add green chillies, salt, ginger, green coriander and gram flour in the jackfruit mixture and interlock all of them in the way forward.

* Now add oil to the pan and heat it. As long as the oil is heated, mix the jackfruit mixture with equal amount of lemon. Then put the shells in the frying pan at one time and fry until golden brown.

* Now grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and cashew nuts in a mixer and grind them finely. After that, add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds. After that, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder to the frying pan.

* After this, add cashew-tomato paste in the embroidery and fry till oil leaves. After that put a glass of water and salt in the embroidery and let it cook until it gets boiled. After boiling, add garam masala and half green coriander in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Now put the koftas in the embroidery and fold it and close the gas.

* Take your kofta ready. Just garnish it with the remaining green coriander and serve it with bread, turmeric or paratha.
