Ingredients for Karzi Egg Dal Tadka Recipe in English Hindi Marathi Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

To make a curry: –

* 2 cups rice cooked
* 2-3 red chillies
* 2 tablespoon cheese
* 2-3 garlic buds
* 2 tsp green onions
* 1 teaspoon ghee or oil

Egg Dal : –

* 1/2 cups of moong dal, peeled
* 1/2 cup lentils, peeled
* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 2 onions, finely chopped
* 1 tomato, finely chopped
* 3 eggs, boiled
* 1 tsp Punch Foran Masala
* 2 green chilies, finely chopped
* 2 teaspoons oil
* 2 cups of water
* Salt to taste

How to Make Karzi Egg Dal Tadka Recipe in English Hindi Marathi Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

To make a curry: –

* First, soak the red chillies in water for 10 minutes. Now add cheese, soaked chili, garlic and cheese in a mixer and make a paste.

* Now heat oil in a pan and fry it well by putting this paste in it.

* Mix well-made rice in the same paste and mix well.

* Your car is ready. Now make the egg-pulse tadka.

To make Egg-dal tadka: –

* Put mung dal, lentil pulse, turmeric powder and salt in the cooker and cook until it is 2 whistles.

* Heat oil in a pan and add punch foren masala to it and fry for two minutes and after that add chopped green chilies and onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

* Now put boiled eggs in it and after mixing well, add 1/2 cup water to it and cover it and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.

* After 10 minutes, add cooked lentils and mix it. If needed, cook the water for 2 minutes and cook it.

* Egg-dal tadka is ready. Serve it with a pre-prepared curry.
