Ingredients for Kaju Rice Recipe in English
* Cashew – 1 Cup
* Rice – 1 Cup
* Ghee – 2 Tsp
* Asafoetida – 1 pinch
* Lemon juice – 2 Tsp
* Dry red chilli – 2
* Dry coconut – 2 Tsp
* White lentil – 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Saseme seeds – 2 Tsp
* Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Curry leaves – 8–10
* Salt – According to taste
* Oil – According to minimization
How to Make Kaju Rice Recipe in English
* Keep the rice cooked.
* Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashew fry them and keep aside.
* Now add sesame seeds, dry red chilly, coriander and fry them. After cooling, add half the cashews, dry coconut, grind them fine with the mix.
* Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoetida, curry leaves and fry it.
* Now add cooked rice and salt in a wide pot and mix it. After that, add cashew powder, lemon juice, tempering, chopped cashew nuts and mix well.
