Ingredients for Kaju Moti Pulao | Kaju Pulao Recipe in English

* Basmati Rice – 1 cup
* Cashew – 20
* Cheese – 50 gm
* Sharp Leaf – 1 (Bay leaf)
* Cardamom – 2
* Cumin Seeds – 2 Tsp
* Onions – 1
* Green Chilli – 2
* Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Corn Flour – 1 Tsp
* Garam masala – 1 Tsp
* Coriander leaves – 2 Tsp Chopped
* Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to Taste

How to Make Kaju Moti Pulao | Kaju Pulao Recipe in English

* Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Cut the onions and green chillies long.

* Grate the cheese and add salt, garam masala, corn flour and mix well and make small round balls.

* Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add cheese balls and deep frying them out. Now add Cashew and fry it till it becomes brown.

* Heat oil in a pan. Now add cumin, cinnamon,cardamom and fry it. After that add onion and green chilli and fry it. Now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric mixed in it. Now add soaked rice and mix it. After that add salt and water and mix well. After that, add half a cashew and coriander and after covering the water, cover the gas after cooking the rice on a low flame. Now do not open the lid for 10-12 minutes. After that, remove the lid and decorate it with frozen cashews and paneer and serve it. Garma hot cashews ready pearl pulao.
