Ingredients for Kaju Biryani Recipe in English

Basmati Rice – 4 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup (thin long slices)
Coriander and mint leaves – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 3 Tsp
Green chilli paste – 2 Tsp
Cashew paste – 1 Tsp
Lemon juice – 3 Tsp
Bay leaf – 2
Clove – 4
Cinnamon – 2 inch piece
Black cumin seeds – Tsp
Star anise – 1
Mace – 1
Nutmeg – 1
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Cashew – 1 cup (roasted)
Salt – According to the Taste
Oil – According to minimization
Ghee – 1 table spoon

How to Make Kaju Biryani Food Recipe  in English

* Wash rice, add 8 cups of water and soak them for 1 hr. Now add salt, tea spoon oil, black cumin seeds, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, mace, clove, bay leaf and cook till rice is half cooked filter and remove excess water from rice.

* Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add green chilli paste and fry. Now add cashew paste, salt and cook for 3-4 mins. Now add coriander and mint leaves and cook for 2-3 mins. Then add lemon juice, cashew, garam masala powder and mix.

* Put a vessel on tawa, put a layer of rice then layer of cashew mixture, after completely putting layers of rice and cashew mixture add ghee, fried onions, cover with lid put heavy weight on it and cook on low flame for 1 hr. Kaju Biryani is ready.
