Ingredients for Kadai Paneer in English
* Paneer – 300 gms (cut into pieces)
* Capsicum – 100 gms (cut into slender tall pieces)
* Coriander – 2 Tsp
* Red chillies – 3
* Kasuri Fenugreek – 1 Tsp
* Green chillies – 2
* Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
* Ginger – 2 Tsp finely chopped
* Coriander – 2 Tsp chopped
* Ghee or Oil – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste
How to Make Kadhai Paneer in English
* Heat ghee in a pan, put garlic paste, fry for a few seconds on a low flame.
* Put chopped capsicum, coriander, red chili, roast for half a minute.
* Put ginger and green chillies for a few seconds and roast them.
* Now add tomato and roast until it leaves the spices.
* Kasuri fenugreek and salt for a few seconds and get fried.
* Now add paneer and cook for two minutes.
* Serve whipped green coriander leaves.Hot hot Kadai Paneer ready.
