* Basmati rice – 1 Cup
* Ghee – 3 Tsp
* Lemon – 1
* Cumin – 1 Tsp
* Black Pepper – 8
* Cloves – 4
* Black Cardamom – 1
* Cinnamon peace – 1 inch
* Salt – According to the Taste

How to Make Jeera Rice Recipe in English:

* First clean the rice and soak it for 30 minutes after washing it. After 30 minutes wash the rice once more and remove all the water.

* Now heat the ghee in a deep pan. When the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds to it. After frying cumin seeds, add cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamoms and fry them lightly.

* Now add the roasted rice in the pan and after running it lightly add 2 cups of water and salt. Simultaneously extract lemons and squeeze them into rice.

* Now mix the rice properly and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, run the rice once and then cook for 5 minutes.

* Now check the rice. If the water is left, then cook the rice for another 3 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and keep rice for 10 minutes.tasty hot hot jeera rice is ready.
