Ingredients for Instant Bread Masala Dosa Recipe in English

* Bread slices – 7
* Rava – 1/4 cup (Semolina)
* Yogurt – 1/2 cup Curd
* Rice flour – 1/4 cup
* Chana dal – 1 Table spoon (Bengal gram)
* Salt – According to the Taste

Stuffing

* Potato – 2 – 3
* Onion – 1
* Green Chilli – 2
* Cumin – 1/2 Tsp
* Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
* Red chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Garam masala powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Curry Leaves – 10
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to the Taste

How to Make Instant Bread Masala Dosa Recipe in English

* Boil the potatoes and peel them.

* Cut the four edges of the bread. Now cut the bread slices into small pieces.

* Now mix bread, rava, rice flour, curd, gram dal, salt and grind them fine with the mix. After that, remove the grated mixture into a bowl and cover it and keep it in the side for 15 minutes.

* Cut the onions and green chillies long.

* Heat oil and put it firmly. Now add raay, cumin, hard leaves and fry it. After that, add chopped onions and green chillies and cook for 1 minute. After that add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala and mix well. Now add the mashed potatoes and cook for 1 minute and stop the gas.
