Ingredients for Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani Recipe in English

* Mutton – 1 Kg
* Basmati rice – 500 grams
* Onions – 2 (chopped)
* Black pepper – 10
* Cloves – 7
* Big Cardamom – 4
* Cinnamon – 3
* Cumin – 1 Tsp
* Cinnamon leaves – 2
* red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Mutton Masala – 1 Tsp
* Green chilli – 5
* Garlic Ginger Paste – 4 Tsp
* Coriander Leaves – 1 cup (chopped),
* Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
* Colour – 1 pinch
* Ghee – 1/2 cup

How to Make Mutton Biryani Recipe in English

* Wash the mutton thoroughly to make Hyderabadi mutton biryani . After this, make a paste of mint, green coriander and green chillies. Put this paste on the mutton well and keep it covered for two-three hours.

* Now heat 2-3 spoons of oil in the cooker. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and fry until it turns pink. Take out a little roasted onion and keep aside when the onion is roasted. After this,in the cooker cloves, large cardamom, cinnamon, half cumin seed, Add teaspoon and black pepper and fry them lightly.

* After that add the kneaded mutton in the cooker and run it well. After frying a little bit of mutton, add ginger-garlic paste and salt in the cooker and fry it. After this, add 1/4 cup of water to the cooker and close the cooker’s lid and cook until ninety percent is melted. After that,remove the cooker from the gas and keep it aside.

* Now add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds in it and fry it lightly. After this, add the washed rice and the required water and cook on medium flame.When the rice gets cooked 90 percent, remove them. Now filter the rice from a cotton cloth and remove the water from the rice. After that wash the rice with cold water, By which the waste of rice can be completely removed.

* Now add 2 spoons of ghee to a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, add 1/4 of the rice in it. Put a little cooked mutton on it and spread it equally. Also add salt, chilli powder and mutton masala,then put a layer of rice and a paste on it. Apply the paste of rice from top to bottom and cover the mutton completely. After this, mix the food with some water and spray it from the top.Now cook the pot and cook it for seven to ten minutes on low flame. After this, grind the roasted onion and mix it in the top of the biryani and serve the hot Hyderabadi mutton biryani. Then put one layer of rice and one perton mutton on it. Apply the paste of rice from top to bottom and cover the mutton completely. After this, mix the food with some water and spray it from the top. Now cook the pot and cook it for seven to 10-12 minutes on low flame. After this, grind the roasted onion and mix it in the top of the biryani andserve the hot Hyderabadi mutton biryani. Then put one layer of rice and one perton mutton on it. Apply the paste of rice from top to bottom and cover the mutton completely. After this, mix the food with some water and spray it from the top. Now cook the pot and cook it for seven to 10-12 minutes on low flame. After this, grind the roasted onion and mix it in the top of the biryani and serve the hot Hyderabadi mutton biryani.
