Ingredients for Hariyali Tikki Recipe in English:

* Potato – 4
* Green chillies(chopped)) – 1 Tsp
* Spinach( Palak) – 4 bunches (small)
* chat masala – 1 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Ginger(Grated) – 1 Tsp
* Coriander leaves(Finely Chopped) – 2 Tsp
* Corn flour – 2 Tsp
* Salt – According to the Taste
* Matar -750 gms

How to Make Hariyali Tikki Recipe in English:

* First boil the potatoes and remove the peel and mash it.

* Boil the green peas and mash them, add salt and fry the spinach leaves in the hot water and remove them and cut them into small pieces.

* In a bowl put mashed potatoes, green peas, chopped spinach and mix well. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, chat masala, salt and mix. Add corn flour and mix well.

* Take small portion from this mixture shape it in to tikki. Prepare all tikkis in similar way.

* Heat oil in a pan and heat it. Put 3-4 tikki in hot oil or as possible in pan. Fry it till they turn into golden brown on both sides. Fry all tikkis like this. Tasty Hariyali Tikki is ready.
