* Salt – according to taste (less than 3/4 teaspoon)
* Sugar – half a teaspoon
* Chilli red – less than a quarter of a teaspoon
* Garam Masala – Less than a quarter of a teaspoon
* Green coriander – a table spoon (finely chopped)
