Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian Recipe in English

* Cauliflower – 1
* Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
* Maida – 1/2 cup
* Cornflour – 1/4 cup
* Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tspoon

For the Sauce

* Garlic cloves- 5
* Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
* Onions – 1
* Capsicum – 1
* Green onions – 2 Spring onion
* Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Green Chilli – 2
* soya sauce – 1 Tsp
* Tomato ketchup – 2 Tsp
* vinigar – 1 Tsp
* Chinese suger- 1 Tsp
* Chilli sauce – 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander leaves – 3 Tsp
* Corn Flour – 2 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to Taste

How to Make Gobi Manchurian Recipe in English

* Wash the Cauliflower. Take a vessel and add cauliflower, water, salt, turmeric in a bowl mix and boil for 4 -5 minutes.

* Take a bowl and add maida, Corn Flour, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, salt some water and prepare thick solution. Put cauliflower pieces in maida solution and mix well.

* Now put oil in a pan heat it. Add the cauliflower pieces inserted one by one in a oil and to turn back until golden brown.

* Finely chopped Onion, spring onions, ginger and garlic.

* Now put oil in a pan. Now fried ginger and garlic. Now chopped onion, spring onions,capsicum , red chilli and cook. Now add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, put sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Now add some water in cornflour, now put it with the mixture and mix for 1 minute to cook. Now add fried Gobi and mix well. Hot Gobi Manchurian ready.
