* Gump cabbage – 3-4 (500 g)
* Slowly soft leaves of lump of cabbage
* Tomatoes – 2 (150 grams)
* Green Coriander – 2-3 table spoons (finely chopped)
* Oil – 2-3 tablespoons
* Green Chilli – 2 (Finely Chopped)
* Ginger – 1 tbsp (Paste)
* Asafoetida – 1 pinch
* Cumin – ½ teaspoon
* Fennel Powder – 1 Tbsp
* Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
* Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
* Red Chilli Powder – ¼ teaspoon
* Salt – 1 teaspoon

* Wash lumps of cabbage and leaves well. Remove the thick stalks from the leaves, finely chop them, and peel the lump of cauliflower into small pieces.

* Heat 1 table spoon oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds and tempering it. After frying cumin, add coconut and ½ teaspoon salt to it and mix it. Put half a cup of water in it and let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Keep checking the lump of cabbage in between. In about 20 – 25 minutes, the lumps of cabbage will be cooked and ready.

* Fry the spices with tomato in a separate pan, cut the tomatoes finely. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, add ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, when the oil is hot. After frying cumin, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, chopped green chilli and finely chopped tomatoes, red chili and fennel powder, fry the spices until oil starts to float over the spices.

* When the spices are well fry, add finely chopped leaves and ½ teaspoon salt and mix well.

* Check lumps of cabbage, cabbage is well cooked, put it in leaves and spices and mix well for 2 minutes. Add ½ cup of water to the vegetable and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Gump is prepared as a vegetable curry, take it out in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander.

* Gol Gobi can serve curry with chapati, paratha, non and rice.

Suggestion:

* After adding cumin seeds or asafetida in the vegetable, add cumin seeds and asafoetida, add finely chopped onions and 4-5 gram finely and fry until light pink and add all the spices and tomatoes and prepare the spices and absolutely Make vegetable like this.
