Ingredients for Machhi Amritsari Recipe in English

* King fish – 500 gm (pieces)
* Egg – 1
* Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
* Besan – 1 cup (Gram flour – 1 cup)
* Celery – 1 Tsp (Ajwain)
* Ginger Paste – 1 Tsp
* Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
* Gralic paste – 1 Tsp
* Chat masala – 1 Tsp
* Cumin powder – 1 Tsp
* Black pepper powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Oil – According to Minority
* Salt – according to taste
* Lemon – 2 (Round Slices)

How to Make Fried Fish Recipe in English

* Clean the fish pieces properly with water.

* Now add red chili powder, salt, celery, ginger paste, cumin powder, garlic paste, black pepper powder, lemon juice, gram flour in fish peas and mix them well.

* Now add oil to it strictly and heat it. Now boil the egg in a bowl, and fill it well. Now, after dipping one pice of fish into the oven, take it out in hot oil and fry it until golden brown. Ingredients for Green chutney

* Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
* Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
* Lehusan – 4
* Chat masala – 1 Tsp
* Green Chilli – 4
* Lemon juice – 1/2 Tsp
* Salt – According to taste

* Now add mint leaves, salt, coriander leaves, garlic, green chilli, chaat masala and some water and grind them fine with the mixes. Now add lemon juice and mix it well. Prepare the green chutney.
