* Basmati Rice – 1 kg
* Fish – 1 kg non-bakedboneless

* Cloves – 8
* Cardamom – 3
* Cinnamon – 1 piece 5 inches
* Nutmeg powder – 1 Tsp
* Royal Cumin – 1 Tspjeera
* Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
* Pepper mint – 2 Bunch Mint leaves
* Soya Leaves – 1 bunch
* Sharp Leaves – 5 Bay leaf
* Saffron – 1 pinch
* Yoghurt – 200 gm Curd
* Egg – 1 Egg
* Lime – 1 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Ghee – 5 Tsp
* Salt – According to Taste
How to Make Fish Biryani Recipe in English
* Firstly clean the fish pieces with water well, put salt in fish pieces and mix it well.
* Cut onions in to long slices, fry them in oil . After that add turmeric, red chilli powder, egg in fish pieces and mix well, leave it for 2 mins. Clean rice with water, Now Finely chopped the coriander and soya leaves.
* Add oil to a non-stick pan and heat it, add one or two pieces fry it and keep them aside , in the same way fry all pieces,
* Now add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon,cumin seeds, nutmeg powder, grind them into fine powder, Take a bowl and ginger garlic paste ,masala,red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, peppermint, soya Put them in the address and green chilli paste and mix them, take the curd on it.
* Heat a pan , add yogurt,masala mixture to it and fry it until the oil comes out.
