Ingredients for Fish and chips Recipe in English

* Fish – 200gm (any white fish)
* Flour – 1 cup
* CornFlour – 1/2 cup
* Baking Soda – 1/3 cup
* Potatoes – 1 kg
* Mit soda – 1 Tsp
* Pepper – 1 Tsp
* Salt – 1 Tsp

How to Make Fish and chips Recipe in English

* Mix the flour in a large bowl, Kornflar, baking soda, salt and pepper.

* Club Mix with a mixture of baking soda and flour and continue mixing until a soft mixture. Keep it on freeze for 30-69 minutes.

* Cut the potatoes into the desired shape. Wash with cold water.

* Place potatoes in a pot with cold water. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes on low heat and boiled. Remove the potatoes.

* Do Heat oil and deep fry the boiled potatoes. They do not brown, then take them out when they are a little puck.

* Toss some dry flour and pieces of fish in a little salt, then dip into the prepared mixture and fry it until golden brown and crisp.

* Fry again potato chips, unless they should not lightly golden brown. Remove on kitchen towel.Serve fried fish pieces and chips with ketchup.
