Ingredients Egg Masala Curry Recipe in English

* Eggs – 5
* Onions – 3
* Bay leaf – 1
* Tomatoes – 2
* Cumin seeds – 1/4 Tsp
* Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
* Turmeric powder – 1 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to taste
* Coriander leaves – 3 Tsp
* Coconut – 1/2 Cup
* Cashew nuts – 10
* Split roasted gram – 1 Tsp
* Cinnamon – 1 Inch piece
* Cardamon – 1
* Cloves – 2
* Green chilli – 3
* Gralic clove – 3
* Ginger – 1 Inch piece
* Fennel seeds – 1/4 Tsp

How to Make Egg Masala Curry Recipe in English

* Boiled eggs and remove the skin. Finely chop onions and tomato.

* Grind cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, green chillies, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds in grinder.

* Grind grated coconut, cashew, roasted bengal gram flour, 1/4 cup of water together in grinder into fine paste.

* Oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, curry leaves and fry. Add ground green chilli paste and cook on low flame for 3 mins. Add chopped onions and fry for 6 mins till they turn golden brown colour. Now add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become soft. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Cook for 4 mins till oil floats on masala then add coconut cashew paste and mix. Add boiled eggs, some water and cook for 6-7 mins. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
