Ingredients for Corn Methi Pulao Recipe in English

* Basmati Rice – 2 cups
* Fenugreek leaves – 1/2 cup
* Tomato – 1
* Sweet corn – 1 cup
* Onions – 1
* Coriander leaves – 1 Tsp
* Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
* Green chilli – 4
* Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Cloves – 2
* Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
* Black Cumin Seeds- 1/2 Tsp
* Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
* Salt –
* Oil –

How to Make Corn Methi Pulao Recipe in English

* Wash the rice and soak it for 1 hour. Cut the onions, tomatoes, green chilli finely.

* Now add oil to the cooker and heat it. Now put cloves, cinnamon,cumin seeds and roast it. Now put chopped onions and green chilli and cook it. After that, add chopped tomatoes and cook tomatoes until soft. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it. After that, add fenugreek leaves, sweet corn, garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 4 cups of water and salt and mix it. Now after adding water to the rice, add rice and mix it. Now after adding coriander leaves, cover cooker with lid and cook of 3-4 whistles. Hot hot Corn Methi Pulao ready.
