Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcake Recipe in English

* 110gm unsalted butter, softened
* ½ cup sugar
* 4 large eggs, at room temperature
* 450gm chocolate syrup
* 1 Tsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup flour
* Coarse sea salt

For frosting:
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 225gm semi sweet chocolate morsels or chopped chocolate

How to Make Chocolate Cupcake Recipe in English

* Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.

* In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer until fluffy.

* Beat in eggs in a bowl, one at a time. Mix in syrup and vanilla.

* Add flour and mix just enough to combine. Overbeating will make the cupcakes dense.

* Spoon batter into liners, dividing evenly and bake for 30 minutes. Test with a toothpick until barely done. Let cupcakes cool for about an hour before frosting.
