* Boiled Basmati Rice – 1 Cup
* Cabbage – 1 cup (finely chopped)
* Carrot – ½ cup (finely chopped)
* Cottage cheese – ½ cup (cut into small square pieces)
* Capsicum – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
* Green Coriander – 2 Tsp(finely chopped)
* Oil – According to minimization
* Green Chilli – 2 (Finely Chopped)
* Salt – According to Taste
* Ginger – 1 inch
* Ajinomoto- ¼ teaspoon (if you wish)
* Green Chili Sauce – 1 Tsp
* Soya Sauce – 2 Tsp
* Vinegar – 2 Tsp
How To Make Chinese Fried Rice – Fried Rice Indian Style Recipe in English
* Heat oil in a pan,add the pieces of cheese to the pan and squeeze them on both sides till they become light brown.
* Put carrot,capsicum,cabbage in the oil and fry them on 2-3 minutes high flame.
* Mix green chilli, ginger, green chilli sauce, ajino moto, soy sauce, vinegar, and pieces of cheese and mix well.
* Add salt and rice and cook all the pieces continuously for 2-3 minutes well.
* After getting rich in rice vegetables, add a little bit of coriander and mix it. Chinese Fried Rice is ready.
* Garnish the Chinese Fried Rice in the plate and garnish it with every coriander and serve it.
