* Boneless Chicken – 500gm (small pieces)
* Corn flour – 4 Tsp
* Green chilli – 4 (cut 2 green chilies finely, cut into two lengths)
* Soya sauce – 4 Tsp
* Tomamto sauce – 2 Tsp
* Onion – 2 (chopped),
* Garlic Cloves – 4 (finely chopped)
* Onion juice – 4 Tsp
* Capsicum – 1 grind (chopped)
* Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp
* Oive Oil – 4 Tsp
* Salt – According to the taste
How to Make Chilli Chicken Recipe in English
* wash the chick peas thoroughly. After this, put ginger-garlic paste and salt in the chicken pieces well and keep it for 30-32 minutes.
* Now, pour a little water into the corn flour in a large bowl and then slice it well. After this, add finely chopped green chilies and dip the chicken mixture in it and keep them for 30 minutes.
* Now take a deep pan and heat the oil in it. If the oil is hot, then heat it and add chicken grind to it and fry well. Remove the chicken fry after removing them and keep them aside.
* Add some oil to the remaining oil and fry the onions. After roasting onion, add green onion water and capsicum in the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. After that put the remaining green chillies and run it well.
* Now add tomato sauce and soy sauce in the pan and after that mix well by adding chicken grind and salt. After this, pour 1 cup of water in the pan and turn off the lid.
* Now lighten the flame of the gas and let the chicken cook. After 10 minutes try to cover it. If there is water left in the pan,burn it fast and burn it.
* Take, now your chilli chicken dry is ready, remove it in a heat-plate and enjoy with fried rice or even non.
