Ingredients for Chettinad Fish Curry Recipe in English

* Fish – 1/2 kg (Pieces)
* Lemon juice – 2 Tsp
* Tamarind – 1/4 cup
* Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
* Coriander leaves – 1 bunch (finely chopped))
* Salt – According to Taste
* Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Small Onion – 10
* Garlic Cloves – 5
* Tomato – 1
* Curry leaves)

For Masala Paste

* Coconut – 1/4 cup (grated)
* Tomato – 1
* Onion – 1
* Coriander Powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 Tsp

How To Make Chettinad Fish Curry Recipe in English

* Cut the onions and tomatoes. Cut the garlic finely. Cut a small onion,Clean the fish with water well.

* Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add cumin seeds and roast it. After that, add chopped onion and tomato and cook it. After the tomato becomes slightly soft, add red chili powder, coriander powder and mix it. Now stop the gas by mixing grated coconut. After cooling the tomatoes mixture, grind them fine with the mixture.

* Put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add mustard seeds,curry leaves, fenugreek seeds and roast it. After that, add chopped garlic and onion and cook it. Now put tomato and cook it. Add tomato paste and masala paste and salt, turmeric and mix well. Put the tamarind pulp and enough water and cook for 20 minutes. Now add the fish pieces and cook it. After cooking the fish, add coriander leaves and lemon juice and stop the gas. Chettinad Fish Curry Ready.
