Ingredients Capsicum Masala white Rice Recipe in English

* Cooked rice – 4 Cups
* Oil – According to minimization
* Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
* Curry leaves – 15
* Green Capsicum – 2
* Coconut Milk – 2 Tsp
* Red chilli – 4
* Coriander seeds – 1 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
* White lentil – 1 Tsp
* Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
* Peanuts – 2 Tsp
* Ghee – 1 Tsp

How to Make Capsicum Masala White Rice Recipe in English:

* Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, white lentil, coriander seeds, red chilli, cinnamon, curry leaves and fry. After cooling grind these masala along with 2-3 spoons peanuts in grinder. Wash capsicum, remove twig, seeds and cut in to small pieces.

* Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed, curry leaves and fry. Add capsicum, salt and cook. After capsicum is half cooked add cooked rice, powdered masala, remaining peanuts, grated coconut milk and mix well.
