* Wheat flour – 2 cups
* Gobi – 1 1/2 cup (finely chopped
* Coriander leaves – 2 Tsp
* Green chilli – 2
* Turmeric – 1/4 Cup
* Cuminander powder – 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
* Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
* Garam Masala Powder – 1 / 2 tbsp
* Oil – According to minimization
* Salt – According to Taste

How to Make Cabbage Paratha Recipe | Gobi Paratha Recipe In English

* Heat oil by adding oil to it strictly. Now add cumin seeds and roast it. Then add finely chopped sliced gobi and then mix. Now add salt and cook over low flame till it becomes cooked. Then add green chillis, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric and mix well. Now add the finely chopped coriander leaves and stop the gas.

* Now add flour, salt, cooked gobi in a bowl and mix well. After that add a little water and knead the dough. Now place the dough in the side for 10 minutes.

* Now heat the pan. Now knead a dough with flour and wrap it in a dry dough and roll the paratha. Now put this paratha on a hot pan and add oil to it and drink it. Prepare warmly hot Gobi Paratha.
